Join Pride Zürich and PolyUniQue for an interdisciplinary panel discussion on the topic “Protecting Queer Youth — How can research contribute to better support and wellbeing for queer youth?» and explore how research can lay the foundation for improving the wellbeing and support structures of queer young people.
Bringing together perspectives from academia, policy and practice, the panel will examine current research on and support for queer youth and discuss how scientific insights can help create meaningful social and political change. Beyond sharing research findings, the conversation will explore how knowledge can be translated into concrete action and support measures by having an active exchange between researchers and public institutions.
The event is designed to encourage dialogue and participation, with plenty of space for audience questions and followed by a small apéro offering the opportunity for informal exchange with the panelists.
